All purchases are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order. 4. Refund Policy

VogliaVera offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for all shirts, shorts, and skirts, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. VogliaVera reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may be arranged through our support team. Sale items and final sale products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
